I thought the church at the beginning of the movie looked just like one on Long Island – then a few more minutes into the movie there was the Flying Pig restaurant which is right in my neighborhood. It’s a great little restaurant for anyone who happens to be in the area (Rocky Point, NY.)
Then “the Shoppes At East Wing” – another terrific place
They could at least have found thinner kids. Abigail looks like she had been eating all the foods in the place she was in leaving the others hungry🤣😂. Just kidding but these kids hardly get proper meals let alone nutritious food so hard to imagine them so healthy. Apart from being hungry for food they are hungry for love, affection trust and care….hope childless couples get the heart to adopt so that orphanaged kids would be less

For future reference, if your boyfriend has never been around kids, don't assume that when you marry and he becomes a father that he will automatically love them. Maybe, in some cases it's something deeper, but all I had experienced was my loving father and my brothers-in-law. I thought everybody loved kids.
But, 50 years later, my own children grew up to be loving parents.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but in real life, if a family brought some children home for Christmas and returned them after Christmas, wouldn't this make them more sad to get a glimpse of how another family lives? It seems like the message would be that you're doing a good deed to assuage your conscience, but once Christmas is over, everything goes back to the way it was. I k ow the foster situation is a real dilemma because it is much more than having room in your house and finances. Knowing how to deal with the emotional and behavioral needs, especially of older kids, can be overwhelming. I have the highest regard for the people I've known through churches and schools who have fostered or adopted.
This can't be the end I know… If it is it's a bad ending

Besides not such great acting it shows a little what orphans have to go through.
The father is not fair just fostering children without talking about it with his son beforehand and then he leaves his son to look after the kids saying he was too old for kids.

Boring movie mainly coz Abigail was so annoying.The father adopting these kids n passing the responsibilty to his son is truly selfish.The son is young n not married n he becomes a guardian to these kids is a big job.
He looks like in his 20s or in his 30s
I am 35 years old. We look like the same age that's my guess

It was a great movie but come on there is literally a commercial every two minutes not exaggerating!
The concept was good but the acting was weird..and too forced.
