Impossible to follow the story. Such bad screen writing ; one of the main flaw of Chinese movies in general. Character development is shallow and 2 dimensional. Some good action sequences though , that's about it. Michele Yeoh , good as she is ,cannot lift the movie.

Wonderful swordplay, excellent settings, English subtitles gave a few hints of the plot but that's it. Worth a watch just for the fight scenes, even if (like me) you have no idea what's going on!

In my case, still after 5 minutes of not understanding all of the introduction speech having no substitute, as it is too often with asian movies so far. Another one to not being able to be appreciated. Too bad because the movie video and audio are awesome.
