Really enjoyed how this movie captures the grit behind chasing a dream and refusing to quit when things keep falling apart. That said, it still feels like we only get the “before the legend” chapter — the climb to massive fame, the power, and the controversies that shaped his legacy are left off-screen. I’d love to see a biopic that isn’t afraid to show the full, complicated story.
This movie is well done, even if Disney is not so wonderfull.

This is another lie and fiction ; and because my grandfather drew the guest Micky and Walt could never have it. That's when Walt over stepped his boundaries trespassing in our land in Anaheim to build Disneyland; and I was too young, and in charge of it all. Walt said he had to make money before he could give me anything for my property which I never agreed with him on this business endevear. Today I still own the original Micky; and there are still lunatics who want to pretend otherwise, and think they'll get something out of it.

Like the new Michael Jackson biopic, "truth-washing" is all about sanitising what really happened to create a fictional legend. Walt was actually bullying, manipulative and controlling. P.L. Travers had him summed up when she didn't want him to touch Mary Poppins. And the House Of Mouse STILL manages to manipulate and control … and f*ck up … on an epic scale. Look at the HORRENDOUS live action Snow White and where they've taken Star Wars. Deep pockets make for crap decisions. But hey, just one person's view, right? What do I know …
Walt was a poser and faker. He never cared for art. Because of him and his company, I struggled far more and could not get right aid for my art and talents. Had to make my movies by myself with drawings and storyboards when Disney destroyed my care for mainstream system.

This is the same thing I see in a lot of entertainment companies (ie. Movies, Gaming, etc.) they swallow the small fish for their ips. Its when the bigger companies lose vision.

Every people can say anything about Walt Disney in both good and bad.
But he was the first who start the mainstream animations film, and tock it more far than any animator have done.
Even if he don't have creat most of Disney Company famous animation-character, he found allways the best artist, the best film-team to produced animation that allways reach the next level of creativity.

i only knew the end of his life and there is a bit of free licensing, as was done to the avro arrow, directed by dan akroid of second city, but it gets the point across well………….
