Its so painful hard & devastating to witness soarness in any relationship between two people, they doesn't things go smoothly for them….?? Beauty lies in that , not in distancing,….??? When everyone knows & believes that nothing z impossible….!!! They set things right buddy….!!!
I genuinely do not feel this movie is glorifying adultery or even justifying it for that matter as some of you have stated in your comments. Those who understand God's principles know that it is absolutely wrong. However God is a very intelligent understanding being and he knows that decisions that we make in our marriage can expose it to the devil's ploys. He encourages a man to love his wife as his own body and a woman to deeply respect her husband. He also warned if one does not take care of the marriage bed and give due to their spouses they will open the door for temptation, because as marriage mates we are supposed to fulfill our partners needs both emotionally and physically. So regardless of what he expects of us he also knows that we are humans and we are prone to sin. That's what this movie to me most identified is the humanity in us all, these two were married for quite some years to their spouses and faithful even though they had a close friendship, but in reality they didn't realize until it was much too late that it was genuine love between them and that they had married the wrong people. Does it give them a license to commit adultery and somehow it would be justified in God's eyes. Of course not, but we are all sinful and we do make mistakes, and though we can clarify God's principles and his commandments it doesn't give us the right to judge so harshly because we all will render an account to him. That to me is what made this a good movie it painted a reality that any of us could be susceptible to if we were put in that situation, noone knows what they would do, if they were put in that position.
