It's pretty B-grade, maybe really C-grade. I thought the acting was stilted, not very lifelike. The storyline could have been better if the actors had more depth.
It's your basic haunted revenge legacy kind of horror movie and if you don't have ADHD you might be able to sit through it with a bowl of popcorn only. I needed a video game and Facebook to keep me occupied during this movie.
